I created this blog as a school project and to find out more about my heritage. I am Polish-Italian and other than what I have read recently in preparation for this blog I don't have much exposure to the cultures. My hope is to get some posts with interesting feedback from people that are Polish or Italian to help in my understanding of my heritage.
In Poland the act of chewing gum while speaking to another person is considered to be rude. So chewing gum should be avoided especially if your job is dealing with the public.
